With our full venue hire, you book the entire venue including our Exhibition and Flight Simulators. Then, choose from our range of top quality food and drinks menus that best compliment your event. Your guests can relax, socialise and engage with each other while interacting with the exhibits, as well as take to the skies and enjoy the thrill of flying an aircraft in our simulators. And if that wasn’t exciting enough, we also do Landing Competitions, where guests can work in teams and compete for the highest score. Our flight instructors will announce the results and you can also award the winners with prizes; a perfect ending to close your event while guests enjoy their last drinks and dessert.

The Venue
The Emirates Aviation Experience is a captivating attraction, where visitors can take on an inspirational journey behind-the-scenes and into the heart of 21st Century commercial air travel. The venue features an interactive exhibition as well as four state-of-the-art flight simulators, where participants can fly their aircraft and practice their take-off and landing skills along with our highly trained instructors.

We are located on the Greenwich peninsula; a hub of activity and one of London’s new exciting attraction areas, only a 5-minutes’ walk from the North Greenwich tube station and the O2. Since 2013, we have hosted many private and corporate events, offering guests a truly unique experience.

The Exhibition
Housing a real Rolls Royce Trent-900 engine, a real-size Airbus A380 nosecone, interactive touch screens and a surround cinema that takes you through Dubai’s cutting-edge baggage handling system, our Exhibition offers an immersive and fun experience for all visitors. The Emirates Aviation Experience also has a Cafe serving drinks and light meals, a Shop with Emirates products and travel gifts as well as an outdoor seating area with beautiful views of the Emirates Air-Line cable cars and the River Thames.

The Flight Simulators
Our "fleet" includes two Airbus A380s and two Boeing 777s fixed based flight simulators. All four simulators are exact replicas of the real cockpits and participants can fly to ten airport destinations including London, Dubai, Hong Kong and more, selecting different times in the day and different weather conditions

Bespoke Events
Our private hire customers also get an exclusive 50% off the Emirates Air Line cable car private hire. This return trip package includes an exclusive cabin for up to 8 people as well as a jump-the-queue service and a complimentary souvenir guide for each passenger.

We can also offer AV equipment for presentations, organise teem building activities, cater for birthday parties, include specialised exhibition tours and more.
