Celebrate Christmas 2024 at Southern Parishes Conservative Club

SPCC Hedge End is a superb Christmas Party venue for office parties, family get-together and Christmas events.

Our function room is available to hire for Christmas parties Monday - Sunday throughout November and December.

Set inside of a beautiful 19th century building tucked away in a quiet spot of Hedge End, we're a superb Christmas venue of choice for those living and working in the surrounding areas.

Our function room can host up to 100 guests (60 seated) and includes a:
- Dancefloor Area
- Stage
- Fully Serviced Bar
- Outside Space
- Large Free Car Park
- Tables and Chairs

We serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including local ales, beers, wines and spirits. The use of the bar and onsite facilities is included within the function room hire.

We're very much a DIY venue, meaning that we offer a blank canvas for you to create a Christmas party entirely tailored to you. We welcome DJ's, bands, entertainers, photobooths, caterers and more. 

During the festive season, the function room is given a Christmas makeover, with a large Christmas tree and decorations.

Hire is free for all members. If you are not a member, you are more than welcome to join. We require a £100 deposit to book Christmas parties. This is refundable should there be no damage to the property (please see full terms and conditions). If you plan to bring more than 40 guests, we charge an additional £40 to cover the cost of extra bar staff.
