- Turkey Quesadilla Pulled Cajun turkey, cranberry chilli jam, peppers, onions and mozzarella. Sour cream and a cranberry, pineapple salsa.
- Creole Prawn Cocktail Juicy king prawns in a spicy rum infused Marie Rose sauce, with crusty bread. GF option available

- Slow Cooked Bavette Steak £3.00 supplement Red wine sauce, gratin potatoes, lightly spiced roasted carrots, parsnips and spring greens.
- Cajun Chicken Supreme Gf Creamy Cajun mushroom sauce, crispy fried patatas, lightly spiced roasted carrots, parsnips and spring greens. VE option available
- Creole Seabass Creole sauce, lime and coriander rice and tenderstem broccoli.
- Roasted Mushroom, Squash & White Bean Gratin V Vegetables in a creamy Cajun sauce, topped with golden puff pastry. Sweet potato mash, lightly spiced roasted carrots, parsnips and spring greens.
